REVERSIBLE TULIP SHEATHS!
The Tulip Sheath has a close fitting scoop-necked bodice with a pleated skirt. There are several options available for mix and match with this style; a plain silk top and printed skirt gives the appearance of a skirt and top and a different combination can be used on the other side.
